Youth Physical Education & Performance

More Than Organized Play — Structured. Fun. Intentional Development.

LeMasters Fitness offers structured, age-appropriate physical education designed for parents who want more than an hour of supervised playtime. Our youth training combines fun with intentional skill and strength development—helping kids build confidence, coordination, balance, running mechanics, jumping ability, and an all-around athletic foundation in a safe, focused environment.

Whether your child is nervous and “not sporty,” needs better balance and coordination, or wants to run faster and jump higher, we coach them step-by-step toward real progress—without turning training into a stressful or unsafe experience. Feel free to schedule a free visit!

Ages 5–7: Foundations Through Play

Younger children develop foundational movement skills through guided games that build body awareness, balance, coordination, and confidence. The goal is to help kids feel capable in their bodies while learning the basics of running, jumping, landing, and changing direction.

Ages 8–12: Skill + Strength Building

Pre-teens strengthen coordination, posture, balance, and basic strength while improving speed and control. We build better mechanics and movement habits that transfer to sports, playground confidence, and everyday life.

Ages 13+: Athletic Development & Lifelong Fitness

Teens progress into more structured strength and performance training—refining sprinting, jumping, strength, and resilience while developing lifelong fitness habits. The aim is a strong foundation for sports performance and long-term health, not just short-term “workouts.”

A Long-Term Vision

This is a journey, not a quick fix. We start by helping kids master foundational movement patterns so they can move confidently and pain-free. We emphasize body awareness, knowing when to push or rest, and recovery management. Once movement competence is solid, we build strength and gradually progress toward more dynamic, sport-specific abilities—like speed and power.

Step by step, the goal is lifelong fitness, strength, confidence, and real physical competence. Dropping in for a few weeks has some value, but real strength and resilience take time to build.

Private Development Option

Individualized, detailed development. Training capped at 1–3 kids allows focused attention on technical details. Giving kids the extra attention they need and allowing for specific pacing and a personalized path.

A holistic approach. Children are kept accountable with individualized practice to take home and supported to build good habits for their sleep, nutrition, and other healthy behaviors. This helps families navigate busy schedules while teaching kids to maintain healthy habits even when life gets hectic.
